Manipulating "Eruption of Muslim Reaction"

As against the previous figure of 1.6 billion Muslims, the religion of Islam now has 2.1 billion followers. (, and remains the fastest growing religion through conversions and births. But, the anti Islamic factors including the mischief, jealousy, enmity and grudge tend to keep building up simultaneously as well.
As usual, the politically motivated scenarios are employed, while freedom of speech works as an effective tool to design and fabricate a set of perfect-fit lies. Intriguingly, the movie - “Innocence of Muslims” has been produced under the pretext of freedom of speech. There might be hidden double standards depending on who the beneficiary really is.
Full of intolerable mockery and insults of the beloved Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), the disputed film has scripts of PG scenes that offer express or implied meaning aimed at misleading the non Muslims and disturbing the Muslims at the same time. The devilish video circulating on the internet under several titles - portrays the beloved Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) with contempt.
In short, the controversial movie presents “Islam” as cancer. The Muslims are deeply offended as this amounts to direct insults to their faith.
Certainly, the ongoing drama has successfully resulted in stirring the International unrest in more than twenty countries. The suspect is a Californian resident is believed to be ( Egyptian Coptic Christian), who enjoys freedom of speech.
Surprisingly, Egypt's Prosecutor General has issued arrest warrants for seven Egyptian Coptic Christians and a Florida-based American pastor and referred them to trial on charges linked to the anti-Islam film which has sparked riots across the Muslim world. (Los Angeles Times). The prosecutor's office says the seven men and one woman, all of whom are believed to be outside of Egypt, are charged with harming national unity, insulting and publicly attacking Islam and spreading false information punishable by the Death Penalty.
Nakoula Basseley Nakoula is believed to be behind the film and is among those charged, so is Florida-based Pastor Terry Jones, who was allegedly contacted by the filmmaker to promote the video.
The names of the others listed in the warrants were not immediately available.
A controversial Coptic cleric (known as Islam's top enemy) defends the disputed film. Furthermore, the preacher, Zakaria Botros Henein, owns a home in Huntington Beach, and his teachings influenced the Southern California men behind the anti-Islamic movie, according to Times reports. He is known for similar insults (as in the current film) to Prophet Muhammad. Henein has not been linked to "Innocence of Muslims," but the three disparate figures who have emerged as key forces behind the movie are all devotees of his views.
On the contrary, the mainstream Coptic leaders have denounced the film. For many Muslims, any depiction of the prophet is blasphemous. The caricatures deemed insulting in the past have provoked protests and drawn condemnations from officials, preachers, ordinary Muslims and many Christians. Similarly, the Muslim community strongly condemns acts of violence against the fellow Americans and the Westerners.
The US business interests and properties across the Middle East and North Africa, Australia, England, Switzerland, Germany, Holland, Pakistan and many other countries have been targeted which is painful too.
Unfortunately, the deadly attack on the U.S. consulate in the Libyan city of Benghazi killed the U.S. Ambassador Christopher Stevens and three others who died when gunmen attacked the consulate and a safe house refuge in the eastern city.
Beyond doubt, the anti-Islam film is an act of grave provocation, nevertheless, the Muslim world including Saudi Arabia's highest religious authority have denounced the attacks on diplomats and embassies across the Middle East and declared such violence as un-Islamic.
Great advice: The Saudi Grand Mufti called upon the international community to take all necessary steps to criminalize any act of abusing the great Prophets and Messengers such as Abraham, Moses, Jesus and Muhammad (peace be upon them). And, the Muslims should never ever shed the blood of innocent people, nor should they vandalize properties or public institutions. He further reiterated that the hatred of Islam through such movies would not harm the great personality of the Prophet (PBUH) or any aspect of Islam but would only backfire on the people who spread venomous ideas. In fact, the enemies of Islam achieve their goals, when Muslims are extremely enraged in resorting to acts of violence causing severe damage to the image of Islam. Such irrational acts of the furious Muslims only please the enemies of Islam.
The devoted Muslims not only are upset on the killings of many thousands of Muslims during the armed adventures in the Muslim lands, but they also condemn any revengeful killing of the innocent non-Muslims.
The vulnerable embassy officials in the Muslim countries are on high alert. Anti-American violence has created another scenario for Mr. Obama who feels really challenged politically in wake of gearing up for the upcoming November election.
Yet, it remains highly intolerable as a handful of anti-Islamic hate-mongers in the West are getting away with insulting the most sacred symbols of Muslims under the pretext of free speech and the U.S. authorities are not investigating the film project itself. Even if it was inflammatory and did cause violence, simply producing the video cannot be considered a crime as the U.S. ironically has strong free speech laws.
Most importantly, while condemning the killings of four Americans in Libya, let’s condemn the killings of more than 100,000 innocent civilian lives (mostly Muslims) in Iraq and tens of thousands in Afghanistan and Pakistan.

For concrete results:

International community (the UN) must step forward to help the Muslim world by crushing the hate mongering against Islam. It’s about time to bring in some kind of forceful and viable enactment to strictly deal with the ongoing blasphemy  against Islam.
Adhering to the principles of interfaith dialogue is a MUST for global peace and love.

This is so sad on so many different levels. I saw some clips of the video online and I was appalled and I mean that in the most sincerest form. To have someone tear a prophet apart like that, it's sickening. It's kinda how I feel sick when I hear someone talk down about my church's teachings and the fact that we have, what they call, "living prophets," or as I like to call him, the church president." People don't understand how their actions can affect other people.. how their words can affect other people but they do and this only adds more fuel to the fire.. Freedom of speech, to me is a cop out. It's just another excuse for people to continue to hurt each other. I know it's part of our basic liberties and that is a good thing to so many out there who do not abuse that right but there is no good in turning two nations against one another. And the fact that Obama is so gung hoe on seeking justice when it started here, here in the US, with the making of that video is quite disgusting. And here I thought that he'd be a wonderful president compared to past candidates/presidents. He doesn't care. He wants what he wants and everyone, including innocent Muslim's and Americans have no say. He is destroying our country and he wont stop until we are war with Libya just in some sick attempt to keep him in office for another 4 year term. If he succeeds, have mercy on us all. Maybe the ones who are supporting him all the way, encouraging such violence and retaliation will finally see what it's like to live in fear of their own government, much like the innocent Muslim, men, women and children overseas are facing right now.. I'm sorry this is such a long comment but I feel very strongly that this has to stop. This never ending senseless violence and hatred has to stop. I pray sooner rather than later.

Thanks for your detailed comment.
Crystal some rascals want to disturb global peace.
**********Just read the following cut out about another foolish act:

PARIS (Reuters) - A French magazine ridiculed the Prophet Mohammad on Wednesday by portraying him naked in cartoons, threatening to fuel the anger of Muslims around the world who are already incensed by a California-made video depicting him as a lecherous fool.

The drawings in the satirical weekly Charlie Hebdo risked exacerbating a crisis that has seen the storming of U.S. and other Western embassies, the killing of the U.S. ambassador to Libya and a deadly suicide bombing in Afghanistan..............................................................................................

I am delighted that you have come up with a nice article!
but may i tell you that its only from your article that i have come to know "completely" what is in the movie....definetely it takes me off the ground in even reading it!! .....

and to be frank you have been 'too' elaborate in narrating it.....which i think is not at all a good idea or approach!!
why be so descriptive about it?? dont you think its tantamount to promoting it? (which surely was not your intention)

however as far as the later part regarding the advice is concerned i totally second it.

Crystal said...

Why would people do this.. why would people say these things that they know are going to start a war.. I wish people would open their eyes.. I wish all this hatred and violence would just go away..

TariqMian said...

I got your point-It's absolutely necessary to ignore such devlish acts rather than promoting fame of the malicious CONS.
However, there comes a point where the culprits need to be fixed through publically condemning them.
At the most, we the Muslims should go for only legal remedy through the UN.

TariqMian said...

Crystal, I do appreciate your concern, however, the fact is there are vested interests behind such evil acts of evil people.
All people should stand for peace peace and peace.

Certainly, nobody has a right to deliberately hurt anybody's religious beliefs. The video does not only achieve this purpose, but it is also in very bad taste. It deserves to be condemned in no uncertain terms. I'm sure it has been made with malicious intent.

Good write-up Tariq Bhai.

Syed Ali Hamid sb,
Satanic movie is like satnic verses both have common goal of irritation of Muslims and disrupt world peace and re-construct bad image of the Muslims.
The best reaction is ignore the whole thing because the beloved Prophet used to ignore the idiotic things and yet built good image of Islam.

arshad said...

Blasphemy is actually hate speech which equals the worst kind of bias.
The satanic film was a deliberate act of mischief-mongers based on bias, hatred and prejudice.
But, the Muslim world needed to stand united and seek a permanent solution to ban hate speeches that sowed seeds of discord.
Pakistan took up the matter of the anti-Islam film at the international level, observed Yaum-e-Ishq-e-Rasool, declared a holiday, banned YouTube, even the national assembly passed a resolution to protest the blasphemous act. However, the people must ensure that the lives and properties of foreigners as well as their embassies and properties in the country are protected at all cost.

I agree with you a million percent, Tariq. Along with the power of free speech comes responsibility. Thank heaven we live with free speech, but people, respect and honor fellow man!
Bless you for talking about the "Prophet ignoring idiotic things". I agree that a true sage would not pay much attention to this attack of a film...but this is not the reality.
What a shame that this ignorance and intolerance has come into the spotlight. Any hate rhetoric, especially something laced with lies and misinformation, is cause for concern.
Praying for peace and understanding, as always. Thank you for your intelligent and enlightening analysis, Tariq.
And so many thanks for your kind visit...
Blessings and peace,

It is difficult to ignore such things, but the reactions/protests should be absolutely peaceful and civilized. Islamic scholars should also counter this through articles listing facts. Obviously, people with secular ideology always condemn such attacks against any faith.

Prof. Syed Ali Hamid, Aslamo alaikum!

Indeed, God fearing Islamic scholars always drive us towards "peaceful means of registering the concerns of the Muslim UMMAH, "nevertheless, there are some hard core "jahil mullahs" who tend to load up the "Band-Wagon" of 'naive-awaam' towards extremism.
*****In fact, Islam is a religion of moderation beyond doubt. It recognises the rights of non-Muslims as well, and offers of course, the truest path to all humankind exactly as ordained by Almighty Allah swt through the most latest Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).
Have a woderful day professor sb.

‘And when they [the believers] hear ill speech, they turn away from it and say, "For us are our deeds, and for you are your deeds. Peace will be upon you; we seek not the ignorant."' (Quran, Surah 28: Verse 53)

There is a lot of wisdom in this ayat, if only us Muslims would care to read the Quran to understand and implement it in our daily lives!

TariqMian said...

And surah alkafayroon ayat#6 reads "lakum deen o kum waliyya deen." This one is when addressing the non-believers.

Just being Muslims is not enough, uless there is our positive response to ahkam-e-Ilahi as elaborated all over in the noble Qur'an.

Jazak Allah khairan

Muslim countries should ask the US government to "do more" to neutralize the hate mongers.
Free speech legislation must have lomitations.
And blasphemy of all the Prophets of Islam must be punishable.
All religions need to be protected.
And, the Muslims should also knock at the door of international court of justice to ban such a blasphemous action permanantly to stop any negative reaction on such a scale as never seen before.

I agree with your statement in one of your responses to a comment: 'All people should stand for peace peace and peace.'

And so we should.

Regretably much evil is done by MAN (and women) in the name of God and fear of each other abounds.

I am sure God weeps at the actions of mankind.
